Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, but only for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the deposit is not refundable. We recommend not making the deposit until you are sure you want the land.

We accept payment via cashier’s check, money order, wire transfer, or even credit/debit cards.

Are there any additional fees I should know when planning to purchase?

No way! There are no delinquent taxes and no liens. The only fee is the $495 processing fee which includes all recording fees, deed prep, transfer taxes, notary, and courier fees.
