Yes, but only for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the deposit is not refundable. We recommend not making the deposit until you are sure you want the land.

Are all of your properties buildable?
Most of the properties on our website are buildable. We do have some properties that may not be buildable but serve some other type of use (recreational, etc.). We accept payment via cashier’s check, money order, wire transfer, or even credit/debit cards.
Are there any additional fees I should know when planning to purchase?
No way! There are no delinquent taxes and no liens. The only fee is the $495 processing fee which includes all recording fees, deed prep, transfer taxes, notary, and courier fees. That fee is posted on each of our listings. The total to pay when buying land from us, with no additional fees, is the purchase price + $495 processing fee.
