Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, but only for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the deposit is not refundable. We recommend not making the deposit until you are sure you want the land.

Can I see this property before making the deposit?

Yes. We provided a google map link on the listing showing the exact location of the land and how to get there. Feel free to go by and have a look.

Are all of your properties buildable?

Most of the properties on our website are buildable. We do have some properties that may not be buildable but serve some other type of use (recreational, etc.).
