We can let you know if it appears that trailers or mobile / manufactured homes are allowed on a given property, but to be sure you should check with the local city or county planning department. We can provide you with their contact information.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, but only for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the deposit is not refundable. We recommend not making the deposit until you are sure you want the land.

Can I see this property before making the deposit?

Yes. We provided a google map link on the listing showing the exact location of the land and how to get there. Feel free to go by and have a look.

Are all of your properties buildable?

Most of the properties on our website are buildable. We do have some properties that may not be buildable but serve some other type of use (recreational, etc.). We can let you know which properties appear buildable, but it is always safest to check with the local city or county planning departments to confirm.
