We can let you know if it appears that trailers or mobile / manufactured homes are allowed on a given property, but to be sure you should check with the local city or county planning department. We can provide you with their contact information.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, but only for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the deposit is not refundable. We recommend not making the deposit until you are sure you want the land.
Can I see this property before making the deposit?
Yes. We provided a google map link on the listing showing the exact location of the land and how to get there. Feel free to go by and have a look.
Are all of your properties buildable?
Most of the properties on our website are buildable. We do have some properties that may not be buildable but serve some other type of use (recreational, etc.). We can let you know which properties appear buildable, but it is always safest to check with the local city or county planning departments to confirm. While this will depend on where your purchased property is located, you can typically expect a notarized deed within 3 working days after purchase, and a recorded deed within one month.
How can I pay for properties listed?
We accept payment via cashier’s check, money order, wire transfer, or even credit/debit cards.
Are there any additional fees I should know when planning to purchase?
No way! There are no delinquent taxes and no liens. The only fee is the $495 processing fee which includes all recording fees, deed prep, transfer taxes, notary, and courier fees. That fee is posted on each of our listings. The total to pay when buying land from us, with no additional fees, is the purchase price + $495 processing fee.
